Bollywood 4 Sept 13

Awoke on top of a grassy plateau with yet more scenic views of the
valley below.
Left the village of Bihi Phedi, again continuing the helter skelter
trail towards Ghap where we ate lunch. The transistion from humid forest
to high altitude jungle was abundlty clear, monsterous pines rose 100s
of ft into the air. Geordie took the time to age one of the smaller
trees which turned out to be 130years old.
The raging waters of the Budi Gandaki gave us yet another glimpse of its
epic power carving through rock to create a natural stone bridge.

Steadily gaining altitude the sharpest rise as of late, we were treated
to monkeys swinging in the trees towering above. Jim and Rob were lucky
enough to see a red squirrel as it forraged for food. The team were
treated to a tea house for accomodation tonight watching a bollywood
movie with the Sherpa's and cook staff. Many laughs were had as one
another "oooed" and "arrred" throughout the comical production.
